First Keystone Financial Inc., Media, said its chief executive officer, Thomas M. Kelly , resigned. Donald S. Guthrie , former CEO and current chairman, was appointed interim CEO. Kelly's resignation was effective Friday, but he will remain until Nov. 15 to help with the transition to a new CEO, the bank said.
